This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services operated independently by third parties, even if the Site links to them.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

Marketing preferences, such as whether you want to receive promotional emails or text messages; and

Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Approximate location derived from an IP address;

Shopping-cart activity and purchase attribution information; and

Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, pixels, tags, and similar technology data.

We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to collect this information. See Section 6 for more information.

Ecommerce, website-hosting, and customer-account platforms;

Shipping carriers and fulfillment providers;

Email, text-message, and customer-support platforms;

Advertising, analytics, and social-media partners;

Referral partners, promotions, and publicly available sources; and

Other parties when you direct them to provide information to us or authorize a connection.

We may combine information received from these sources with information collected through the Services.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Process, confirm, fulfill, ship, and deliver orders;

Provide order updates, receipts, shipping notices, and customer support;

Carry out another purpose disclosed to you at the time information is collected or with your consent.

Although some Wild West Triggers apparel may include patriotic, Second Amendment-themed, or firearm-related artwork, we do not use your Product choices to intentionally infer sensitive characteristics such as political beliefs or organizational membership.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Service Providers and Contractors

We may disclose information to companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, ecommerce operations, payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, printing or embroidery, shipping, data storage, analytics, email delivery, text messaging, customer support, security, accounting, legal, and marketing services. These parties receive information for the purpose of providing services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Payment Processors

Payment processors collect and use payment information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We generally receive limited transaction details, such as confirmation, payment method type, and billing or fraud-screening results.

Shipping and Fulfillment Partners

We may provide a recipient’s name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, order details, and other necessary information to fulfillment companies, printers, warehouses, and shipping carriers so they can prepare and deliver an order, provide tracking, handle delivery issues, and process returns.

Analytics and Advertising Partners

If advertising or analytics technology is enabled on the Site, we may permit partners such as Google, Meta, or similar providers to collect identifiers, device information, internet activity, approximate location, and purchase or conversion information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. These partners may use information to provide analytics, measure advertising, prevent fraud, limit repeated ads, or show relevant advertising on other websites or services.

Some state privacy laws may define certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Sections 6 and 11.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or security issues; protect rights, property, or safety; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transactions

Personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other business transaction. Any recipient will be subject to applicable privacy obligations regarding the information received.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information to another party when you direct us to do so, request an integration, enter a co-sponsored promotion, or otherwise consent.

Aggregated or Deidentified Information

We may use and disclose information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you. We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified information except as permitted by law.

4. Personal Information We Do Not Sell for Money

Wild West Triggers does not sell personal information in exchange for money. As explained above, however, advertising cookies or pixels may involve disclosures that certain state laws define as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

5. Email and Text-Message Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in an email. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages relating to an order, account, transaction, policy update, security matter, or customer-service request.

If you opt in to promotional text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out by replying STOP or using another method stated in the message. You may reply HELP for help or contact us using the information in Section 16.

We do not share mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to vendors that support our messaging program, such as telecommunications providers and messaging platforms, solely as needed to deliver and administer the program. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.

6. Cookies, Advertising, and Your Choices

Cookies and similar technologies help us operate the Site, maintain shopping carts and account sessions, remember choices, understand Site performance, prevent fraud, and measure or personalize advertising.

Cookies used on the Site may include:

Strictly necessary cookies, which support essential functions such as checkout, security, account login, and shopping carts;

Functional cookies, which remember settings and preferences;

Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site; and

Advertising cookies, which may be used to measure campaigns or provide interest-based advertising.

You may be able to control nonessential cookies through a cookie-preference tool on the Site, if available. You can also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may cause portions of the Site to function incorrectly.

You may also manage advertising preferences through the controls provided by advertising platforms and industry opt-out programs. Your choices may be specific to the browser or device you use, so you may need to repeat them on other browsers or devices.

Where required by applicable law, we process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Other “Do Not Track” signals may not operate consistently across browsers, and the Site may not respond to them unless required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing Services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, legal requirements, security needs, and whether information is needed to establish or defend legal claims. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your account credentials.

If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, notify us promptly at info@wildwesttriggers.com or 888-794-8849.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information as required by law.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to or interact with websites, social-media platforms, payment services, and other services operated independently by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law applies to Wild West Triggers, you may have the right to:

Confirm whether we process your personal information;

Request access to or a copy of personal information;

Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

Request deletion of personal information;

Obtain certain information in a portable format;

Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;

Opt out of targeted advertising;

Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

Opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects; and

Appeal a decision we make regarding a privacy request.

These rights are subject to definitions, exceptions, verification requirements, and limitations under applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

How to Submit a Request

You may submit a privacy request by:

Emailing info@wildwesttriggers.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”; or

Calling 888-794-8849.

Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the records involved. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require matching information you provide with information already associated with your account or transactions. We will use verification information only to process the request.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

If we deny a request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@wildwesttriggers.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

Requests to Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising

If applicable, you may submit an opt-out request through a “Your Privacy Choices,” “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or cookie-preference link on the Site, if available, or by contacting us using the methods above. Where legally required and technically detectable, we will also honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control.
